Today it was a beautiful Indian summer day. I made a delicious salad for me and my mom with goat cheese, lettuce, roasted apple, cranberries and pine nuts. This was after that we went to the nature with our dog. We really enjoyed the weather, and the time we spend in the nature. And how was you're day?
